Q1. Will these products work on Cement or Asbestos sheets?

No it shall not work. We do not suggest the use.

Q2. Is this Bitumen Membrane, Cold Tar or Butyl based?

No, this is polymer based membrane.

Q3. What is the life of saferoofz products?

If the surface is cleaned well we believe that the average lifespan of these products will be at least 5 years.

Q4. If I have a leakage from the area between roof sheet and the cemented wall will the Safe Tape ST 84 work for this application?

Most likely not, it completely depends on the surface condition of the wall. One must remember that this is a pressure sensitive adhesive based product and hence it shall adhere to the first substance it comes in contact with. If the surface is uneven, it will not cover enough surface area of adhesion and hence fail.

Q5. What about leakages from the ventilator systems?

Either use a double sided Safe Tape DS 6060R between the ventilator sheet and the metal sheet or use the Safe Tape ST 84 from the top of the ventilator sheet. Option 3 is to use both and secure yourself against the leakage completely.
