We understand that there are leakage problems faced due to multiple reasons. We assure you long term leak proof solution.

Our multi component leakage arrestors ensure a solution for resolving the leakage. The ease of use & user friendly properties of the product makes it easy to apply & use. There are two types of leakage arrestors based upon the application area. When used on the crest we suggest that you use C -102 and when the application is on the valley use the V - 300

Reasons for leakages

1. Expansion &contraction of the polycarbonate sheets.
2. Hole around the self drilling screw has increased in size.
3. The screw did not get inserted vertically, hence there could be a gap & provision for leakage.
4. There could be multiple other reasons for leakage.

Application process

1. Thoroughly clean the area around the self-drilling screw.
2. Make sure the surface is free of dust, dirt, oil, grease and any other contaminant.
3. If the surface is not clean use, wet cloth to remove the visible dirt. If the dirt still persists you may use any solvent like IPA – Isopropyl Alcohol.
4. Remove the release paper from the Leakage Arrestor to expose the adhesive.
5. View the adhesive surface, you will see a cavity in the centre, align this with the screw head and place the leakage arrestor on the screw head.
6. Now use even & sufficient pressure to paste the top sheet on the surface.
7. Ensure to achieve a wrinkle free application.
